Britney Spears' SUV Involved in Fender Bender

Buzz up!Britney Spears was involved in another car accident with a photographer on Wednesday, just hours after her criminal lawyer rejected a final plea bargain in her driving without a license case.

Luckily, Britney was not behind the wheel on Wednesday afternoon. Her bodyguard was driving her to a vintage clothes store in Hollywood when he and a photographer’s car collided.

"At appoximately 2pm, Britney was being driven in a white Escalade, when the paparazzi cut her off and one slammed into the back of her car," a clerk at the store told Usmagazine.com.

"She didn't seem upset by the accident at all," he said. "She wasn't driving anyway and it wasn't bad, it was just a fender bender."

Next week Britney's trial is set begin on Wednesday.

Spears rejected an agreement proposed by the Los Angeles city attorney's office, in which she would have pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor, paid a $150 fine and served 12 months' probation, lawyer J. Michael Flanagan told the Los Angeles Times. He suggested Spears was receiving tougher treatment than non-celebrity defendants.
